Ben Gluszkowski - DIRECTOR

Ben is a Registered Landscape Architect and the Director and founder of GEOSCAPES. After graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2003, Ben worked for one of the largest consulting firms in the UK. His experience now spans over a 20 year career working in the UK and Australia. Since moving to Australia in 2008, Ben has worked for some of the leading Landscape Architectural practices in Sydney. He has been design lead on a variety of projects, including multi-million dollar penthouses and state significant developments. Building and maintaining client relationships have always been of up most importance to him. Ben's passion, work ethic and attention to detail has been ingrained into GEOSCAPES.
TAMARA WILSON - SENIOR landscape architect

Tamie combines an excellent horticultural plant knowledge with passionate design. She has a creative influence upon the GEOSCAPES office and particular enjoys client liaison and management. Her main interest in landscape architecture is within parks and open space and creating practical as well as beautiful landscapes.

Praowthar studieD at the University of New South Wales. Her main interests are in aesthetics and the healing abilities of nature and landscapes both mentally and physically. She particularly enjoys sensory landscapes and creating beautiful landscapes for a meaningful experience for everyone.

Kiana is a recent graduate from the University of New South Wales. She enjoys designing based on the human experience and how people interact with their surroundings. Her interests in landscape architecture also revolve around mental health and how the natural environment positively influences our wellbeing.
Aomkorn Thumpromkul - LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Aomkorn is a landscape architect from Thailand and Singapore who specializes in tropical landscapes. She also has a strong background in sustainable design, with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Thailand. Her interests lie in the transformation of landscapes to promote the site’s characteristics and heritage. She is passionate about creating meaningful and inclusive spaces that enhance the well-being of humans and other living creatures.
SHALIN Kuriyakose - Graduate LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Shalin has completed her Master of Landscape Architecture from UNSW with Bachelors in Architecture from India. She enjoys exploring how the design of our built environment can enhance the well-being of both the community and the surrounding ecosystem, fostering a sense of harmony and sustainability. Her interest in cultural landscape allows her to see landscapes not just as physical spaces, but as living reflections of history, identity, and community values.
Rachel shaw - GRAPHICS/admin/hr
(BA Hons) Graphic Design
Rachel is a qualified Graphic Designer and has also spent several years working in administration for one of Australia's major construction firms. She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding processes and is always looking at new ways to make GEOSCAPES even more efficient.
